Apple Comes Through

Well back on my whole customer service kick, just got my brand new iPod replacement yesterday. They actually tried to deliver it on Friday, which means from the time I put the old iPod in the shipping box they provided and put it in the hands of DHL, to the time the new one was first delivered at my door was 5 DAYS. Now that is customer service. No hassles, no delays, no trying to get me to pay postage, etc. Get it, look at it, replace it. Needless to say I’m a happy iPod customer. And back to listening to my tunes at work and not other people yak on their speaker phones all day. But that is a whole other issue.
