And i was not aware it was. It turns out just a second ago i noticed that his avatar had changed from a nice dancing spider to something... umm... "diffrent". haha so i had to log in as admin and remove it from his profile. I am sorry for any damages/charges my users have made. And also i have contacted my user and told him to find a new one and upload it to my site instead of linking.
