Yamaha Corporate
So, waaaaay back in August of this year, I had an issue with Yamaha. So I wrote my well thought out and well worded letter of displeasure with the local Spokane Yamaha dealer and sent it to their corporate office. So I get back a letter this week from their Corporate Customer Relations department. I don’t have the letter with me, but basically it said hey thanks for bitching at us but pound sand. We build high quality bikes with quality parts by quality people to give you a quality product. But thanks again, we loved hearing from you.
Oh well, at least it’s on the record. Still gotta write VW for the whole timing belt, replace the heads issue. I’ll see if I can find the Yamaha letter though, made me laugh.
